Flight Status

How will Volaris let me know if there was any update to my flight’s itinerary?

In case there is any change, we will send you an email to the address registered during your purchase, indicating the new status of your flight.

Where can I check my flight status?

You can go to Flight Information to stay updated on everything related to your itinerary.

Where can I change my flight’s schedule?

If you need to make a change to your flight, you can do it online on Add Services by choosing “Change your flight”. You can also do it via our Call Center on Mexico: 01 (55) 1102-8000. Remember that you must have the information of your origin and destination, as well as the original and the new departure date.

Choose Your Seat

Can I choose a seat when I purchase a ticket?

You can choose the seat of your preference by acquiring one of our Package Deals during the booking process covering the corresponding fee, or at My Trips section.

What can I do if my seat gets relocated in spite of me having chosen my seat before flying?

You must notify one of our flight attendants, and show your boarding pass and confirmation email for your seat to be properly assigned.

Do I get Priority Boarding by choosing a seat when doing a Web Check-In?

When making a Mobile Check-In you’ll avoid queues and save time in your documentation process at the airport. By choosing a seat between the first 5 rows, you'll be one the first customers to board the plane.

Why are front row seats and emergency row seats more expensive

To reduce the cost of your ticket, we only charge you what is essential for your flight. Our front row and emergency row seats are more expensive because they give you Priority Boarding. Learn more about our Choose Your Seat option.

What can I do if I lost my reservation code?

To retrieve it, go to My Trips and click on Cannot find my reservation code. Then enter your departure date, origin, destination, last name, and contact email.

How much time do I have to request an invoice and how can I do it?
