Don't worry about how to get around!

Forget about taxis and struggling to transport your baggage. Our Shuttle Service can safely and comfortably take you from the airport to your destination or vice versa.

How can I book my transfer?

Book your transfer by going to Volaris Cars and selecting the Transfers tab. Enter your details and book a transfer from the airport to your hotel or final destination.

Boarding Pass

For trips from the airport to your destination, you'll need to show your boarding pass to the shuttle driver in order to use the service.

Contact the service provider

For trips from your destination to the airport, you must contact the shuttle service provider 24 hours prior to your flight's departure time to schedule the service.

Show up earlier for your return trip

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time indicated on the service voucher given to you upon arrival or before the time agreed upon over the phone.

Purchasing the service

Keep in mind that this service is not available at the airport. You can only purchase it during the booking process, or add it later in My Trips, at autos.volaris.com, in the Volaris app, or by contacting our Call Center.

Important:

The shuttle departs 30 minutes after baggage retrieval.

· When you finish collecting your baggage, there will be an agent waiting to guide you to the shuttle area.

· The staff will give you a transfer voucher as a receipt for the service. They will also ask for your hotel information to confirm the day and time to pick you up for your journey back to the airport.
