This takes into account both domestic and international routes with at least one leg of the journey with these characteristics, in which case the entire itinerary is ineligible for those benefits. Baggage benefits and priority boarding only apply when you pay on the web or through the Volaris App. They cannot be applied in My Trips for the payment of taxes or additional services, for a v.pass subscription, or for packages or flights acquired on www.yavas.com.

Volaris Wallet
The Volaris Wallet can be used to pay for exclusive purchases with Volaris such as base fares, optional services, and taxes. Not applicable to services offered by third parties. To get the benefits of extra baggage and extra weight for your carry-on baggage, you must pay a minimum of 50% of the reservation with your Volaris INVEX credit card or with your electronic wallet. Applicable to all the passengers on the reservation.

Take advantage of your Volaris Wallet by choosing it as the payment method to purchase your flights on www.volaris.com or in the Volaris App.
Recover your password
- Go to volaris.com or open the Volaris App.
- Click "Log in".
- Click on "Forgot your password?".
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- An email will be sent with a temporary password.
- Go to volaris.com again and select "I have a temporary password".
- Enter your username and temporary password, then create a new password.
- Log in.
- If it has still not changed, repeat the previous steps.
