How can I request a quote for a group trip?
The easiest way to get a quote for a group trip is by filling out our online form.

Remember that group trips require a minimum of 10 travelers.
What is the allowed baggage for group trips?

The checked baggage allowance for both domestic and international flights is one checked bag weighing a maximum of 55 lb (25 kg) and measuring a total of 62 in (158 cm).
Bags weighing more than 100 lb (45 kg) are not accepted. If you would like to add more checked baggage, you can do so during the booking process or in My Trips for an additional fee.
Remember that you can travel with up to 5 checked bags.
For both domestic and international flights, you may bring 2 pieces of carry-on baggage (standard size) weighing up to 22 lb (10 kg) total and measuring a maximum of 22.4 in x 15.7 in x 12.9 in (57 x 40 x 33 cm) each.
If you want to, you can add up to 44 lb (20 kg) extra weight to your carry-on baggage (total between both pieces) by paying the corresponding fee.

Payment options
You can pay for your group trip with a credit or debit card whether it's with a single payment for the total amount or in deferred payments (only available in Mexico). You can also pay in installments via bank transfer. For more information, please visit Group Payment.
How to register your group trip
To register your group trip, send a list with the names of those who will be traveling to gruposcc@volaris.com four days prior to the flight's departure date. If you need help with this process, please contact our Call Center.
Changes and cancellations
If you want to change or cancel your booking, please consider:
If you wish to change any of the names on your Customers list, please keep in mind that:
You can make changes up to four hours before the departure of the flight.
You must make the changes before check-in and pay the corresponding fee.
Once you have a group quote, and if the fare is still available, you can add up to 9 additional Customers using the same quote. To add 10 or more new Customers, you will have to request a new quote.
You can make the necessary adjustments to your group quote by contacting our Call Center so long as you have not made full or partial payment. Once the group has been confirmed, no reductions or cancellations are permitted.
Remember that if you have already made a partial payment or paid the full amount for your group, there are no cancellations nor reimbursements.
If you have already paid for your reservation and want to make an itinerary change, you only have to pay the difference in fares at the time of your request for the first change. You can do it by contacting our Call Center.
Subsequent changes will incur an additional fee plus the difference in fares. Check our Additional Services Fees to see the cost of the change.
If the change is not requested at least four hours before the departure of the flight, the tickets and their fare values will be forfeited.
How to request an invoice for a group trip
The invoice will be available once the group trip has been paid in full. To get it, you must go to the Volaris billing website for flights departing from Mexico or the United States. Remember to request it within the four days following your payment. The invoice will no longer be available if it is not requested within that time period.
For Guatemala and El Salvador, you can request an invoice by writing to facturavolaris@cofimsagt.com or facturacionvolaris@consortiumlegal.com.sv, respectively.
In the case of Costa Rica, the payment receipt issued by the website is sufficient for tax purposes.
